Benjamin Goh

After some time working behind an office desk, and experiencing a major setback in training, it came to a point that I had to decide on my career path. I came to the conclusion that my passion lay in the fitness industry, in particular; the strength and conditioning aspects of training. Here I learnt that individual goals and human performance is crucial for their further development and progress.

At the moment, Olympic Weightlifting is my primary sport and training work. This is combined with strength development work in order to help build my overall skills and knowledge. My belief is that, with well planned training, consistency, discipline and patience; Any individual will be able to meet their goals and understand the significance of training smart and hard.
