Membership & Schedule


Joining The Vanguard entitles members to training sessions throughout Monday to Saturday. There are currently two (2) types of membership:

  • The Vanguard Membership
    • Regular membership for specific Olympic weightlifting training
  • D13 Membership
    • Existing District 13 members who are interested in furthering their Olympic weightlifting training are entitled to a privileged monthly fee*

From February 2016, membership rates are illustrated below:


Monthly membership comprises of unlimited access to classes based on The Vanguard’s schedule. Membership fees are to be paid by every first week of the month – via cash or internet banking.  Upfront and full payments are also accepted.

Personal training is also offered but subject to availability – kindly enquire for more information.

Operation Hours:

Monday – Friday:
1800hrs – 2130hrs

1030hrs – 1330hrs

Public Holidays: CLOSED
